Postal Services

We are using La Poste (France) or Post LU (Luxembourg) for standard shipping
And Mondial Relay (InPost) to few destination if you select so

The selection between La Poste and Post LU will depend of the size and weight of the parcel. Both offers a tracking ID and should be delivered in your country by your national postal service.

 

If you choose Mondial Relay, be aware that the delivery will be done in one of their delivery point or locker. This service does not deliver to your address directly. You will receive and email and/or SMS with instruction on how to collect the parcel.
This service is generally cheap for large parcels.

Dispatch time

 

Most parcel require us to go physically to the post office. This s something we cannot do every day. We do this on Saturdays and some time we also visit the post office during the week. 

Therefore, expect up to 6 days for dispatch especially during holidays.

Shipping to the EU

​

We are shipping from France or Luxembourg and the products are made in Luxembourg. Shipping to another EU country is easy and does not involve customs tax

Shipping outside the EU

All products are made in Luxembourg and shipped from the EU.
A customs form CN23 is attached to all shipments going outside the EU. Most countries allows sales up to a certain amount tax free. 
This will depend of the destination and we are not responsible for any fees, restriction or ban applied by your home country.

As you are the importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your local customs. Most of the time, all goes well.

Shipping to the US

​

This is a complex one. The US customs operate in a different way than the rest of the world. Custom fees must be paid at the time of shipping. This limit the service to La Poste and increase cost a lot compared to other destinations.
There is no other way.
The good news is that you will receive the parcel to your home and will not have to pay extra tax.
